Homies began with a simple passion: sharing Thai food and culture with people from around the world. What started as cooking with friends in a cozy Bangkok home has grown into a warm, welcoming space where travelers, families, and food lovers come together.

"We cook with care and welcome with heart."
Every class is small, hands-on, and joyfully led—so you're never just a guest, you're part of the family.
We honor every dietary need—vegetarian, vegan, halal—with the same love and attention we give every dish. Kindness in every bite. Clean, safe kitchens that feel like home. A shared table where we cook, eat, laugh, and connect.
We teach traditional Thai cooking methods using fresh, local ingredients from Bangkok's markets. You'll learn the real techniques that Thai families use every day.
Our small group classes foster meaningful connections. You'll leave with new friends, shared memories, and stories to tell.
Take home practical cooking skills, recipe cards, and the confidence to recreate authentic Thai dishes in your own kitchen anywhere in the world.
Beyond recipes, you'll gain insight into Thai culture, food philosophy, and the stories behind each dish. Food is our way of sharing Thailand with you.

Hello, I'm Koch. I was born in Chiang Mai and moved to Bangkok for university—where I fell in love with this vibrant city and planted the seeds for Homies. What began as a hands-on Airbnb, where I personally tended to every detail from room setup to gardening, has grown into something deeper: a space built on warmth, care, and connection.
My goal has always been simple—more than just accommodation, Homies is a small, welcoming community. Our living room isn't just a place to stay; it's a place to meet, talk, and share stories. When time allows, I cook for guests, host casual dinners, or play music into the night. Many guests return like old friends, and that's the heart of what we do.

Over the past two years, I've refined Homies day by day, and now I've taken it further with Homies Thai Cooking School—intimate, hands-on classes that feel like cooking with family. Here, we don't just teach recipes; we share culture, laughter, and the joy of Thai hospitality.
"Passion is more than taste. Every dish should carry kindness, invite conversation, and create connection."
Each class is a chance to share a piece of our culture—one meal, one story, and one smile at a time.
At Homies, hospitality isn't a service—it's a shared spirit. Our team brings warmth, skill, and genuine care to every class, every conversation, and every meal. We're not just instructors; we're storytellers, culture-sharers, and friends who believe that the best recipes are passed down with laughter and love.

Founder, Host & Traditional Thai Cook
Koch is the heart and soul of Homies. Born in Chiang Mai and now rooted in Bangkok, she built Homies from the ground up—first as a hands-on Airbnb where she personally tended to every detail, and now as a warm, welcoming cooking school. Her grandmother's recipes and her own love for Thai hospitality inspire every class. Koch doesn't just teach cooking; she shares stories, laughter, and the joy of bringing people together over food. For her, every dish is an invitation to connect.
